From Skills to Job

Women’s Digital Skills & Employability Programme

Ladli Foundation has launched a four-month intensive employability programme for 140 women from underserved communities in Delhi, designed to build digital skills, workplace readiness, confidence and access to jobs.

140 Women | 4 Months | Delhi | Skills-to-Jobs

The programme combines advanced computer training with practical sessions on:

  • 8,000 women reached

  • Digital literacy and cyber safety

  • Financial literacy

  • Legal and workplace rights

  • Menstrual health, hygiene and nutrition

  • Communication and personality development

  • Resume building and interview preparation

  • Job fairs and placement support

Unlike short-term training programmes, this initiative follows an end-to-end employment pathway:

Skills → Confidence → Job Readiness → Employment

Participants are supported through baseline assessments, practical training, regular progress tracking, mock interviews, employer engagement and post-training placement follow-up.

The programme contributes to SDG 4 – Quality Education, SDG 5 – Gender Equality, SDG 8 – Decent Work and Economic Growth, and SDG 10 – Reduced Inequalities, while supporting the objectives of Skill India and Digital India.

At Ladli Foundation, the goal is not only to train women, but to help them become skilled, confident, employable and financially independent.

Skills that create opportunities. Opportunities that create independence.
