More about the cause

In India, millions still lack access to basic healthcare. In rural and urban slum communities, even a minor illness can turn life-threatening without timely care. Women and adolescent girls suffer most denied reproductive health services, burdened by anemia, and silenced by menstrual taboos. Children, too, lose their futures to preventable diseases and missed vaccinations.

At Ladli Foundation, we believe health is dignity and dignity is a right, not a privilege. Through mobile health camps, immunization drives, nutrition support, and health education, we bring life-saving care to the doorstep of the underserved, restoring hope and building healthier, stronger futures.

Our Impact Stories

"My name is Sunita, and I am deeply thankful for the Samadhan Project by Ladli Foundation. During a medical camp, my CBC test revealed that I was severely anemic, with a hemoglobin level of just 8.3. The team provided me with an Anemia Eradication Kit, which included chana and jaggery, distributed every 15 days. Over six months, I followed their guidance and support. When they conducted another CBC test, my haemoglobin level had risen to 12.6. I feel healthier, more energetic, and truly grateful for this life-changing initiative that helped me overcome anemia"

"Ladli has done a great work in my district ‘Dausa’. The team has been able to vaccinate the students & marginalized population of Dausa by sensitizing them about Covid appropriate behavior, breaking vaccine hesitancy & myths, convincing the people to get vaccinated, providing free BYJU’s subscription to school students. As the nation’s future, it is our (youth’s) responsibility to get vaccinated to stay healthy and leverage our voice to aware others to do the same. Our nation will progress only if its citizens are healthy, educated, and independent. Today, I’m honored to be a part of VACCITHON and I proudly state that I support its unique cause"

"My name is Deepika, and I am from Kherisad, Rohtak, Haryana. Being part of the Saheli Project by Ladli Foundation has been an eye-opening experience for me. Through this program, I received my first CBC test and became aware of my health for the first time. The awareness sessions on HIV/AIDS and other transferable diseases were very informative and helped me understand the importance of health and hygiene. I also received a health card and guidance from the Ladli team, which motivated me to take better care of myself. Now, as the local coordinator for my village, I support Ladli Foundation in organizing camps and activities, ensuring my community benefits as much as I did"

"Ever since the nutrition awareness sessions began at our school, I have felt a remarkable difference in my daily life. I have more energy during classes, and my concentration has improved, which helps me perform better in my studies. What I learned has also inspired me to share these healthy eating habits with my family and neighbors. Now, I feel proud that I am not only improving my own health but also motivating others in my community to make better choices. This program has truly changed the way I think about food and health."
